Overview
WRCOG is governed by a General Assembly comprised of elected representatives from each of WRCOG’s voting member agencies. The General Assembly meets annually to elect new leadership, adopt the agency budget, and conduct other business as necessary.

By attending the WRCOG 2025 General Assembly and Leadership Address, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and grant WRCOG the right to use any resulting images or video for promotional and archival purposes without compensation. Your attendance at this event signifies your agreement to release WRCOG and its affiliates from any liability related to the use of such media. You also waive any right to approve or inspect any photo, audio or video taken by WRCOG and its authorized representatives. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability and release before entering the event.

Donate to the WRCOG Supporting Foundation
The WRCOG Supporting Foundation is a nonprofit organization that helps the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) carry out its important work. We manage funds and resources to benefit WRCOG and our community.
One of our key initiatives is the WRCOG Public Service Fellowship Program. This is a paid, nine-month professional development opportunity that prepares students for careers in government. Fellows gain valuable, hands-on experience in public sector agencies across Western Riverside County, making a positive impact on our local community while building their future.
